White Pepper
White pepper actually comes from the same plant as black pepper but the difference between them comes down to how they are picked and processed. Same as black pepper, it is made from the berries of the pepper plant, also known as the piper nigrum. However, white pepper comes from berries that have picked at a peak ripeness, soaked in water, and then had the outer layer removed, leaving only the inner seed.

Our White Pepper
As a supplier of White Pepper from Indonesia, we are committed to always providing high quality products to our customers. Therefore, we ensure that all of our production processes are carried out with good standard and hygienic procedures. The process of white pepper starts with soaking. The red pepper fruit indicates that it is ripe, then it is put in a burlap sack and then soaked in a tub with running water. The purpose of running water is to get clean white pepper, if it doesn't flow then the pepper will be dirty and brown, the process is carried out for 7-10 days.
Pepper that has gone through the soaking process is separated from the seeds from the skin, then dried / dried in the sun for 3-7 days. After this process, the pepper is declared dry, put in sacks and stored in a storage room that is dry and not damp (Rh ± 70%).
We, PT. Arkara Agro Indonesia, are the leading supplier and exporter of Black Pepper in Indonesia. We highly value our relationship with all of our partners.
