Therefore, we ensure that all of our production processes are carried out with good standard and hygienic procedures. The process of black pepper starts from threshing the stalks of the pepper pods or lumps of pepper pods. The pepper can be separated from the pods using a sieve. The separated pepper is then dried in the sun for 3-7 days. After drying, a cleaning and sorting process is carried out to remove light impurities such as dry leaves, sand or algae, fibers. Poor quality pepper is separated elsewhere. Then finally the pepper is put in a sack in a storage room that is dry and not damp.
